About Our Cooling Plates

Our cooling plates consist of plastic HDPE bottles filled with non-toxic, food-safe cooling gel. These plates are extensively used in industries that require the transportation of sensitive items, such as the hospitality sector and retail. The plates are available in gastronorm sizes, making them versatile for various uses.

Standard Sizes

We offer cooling plates in standard sizes including 1/1 gastronorm (current), ½ gastronorm, and 6 liters. Additionally, variants with handles are available, which integrate perfectly with our EPP boxes. The 6 liters also fits perfectly with our EPP boxes.

Our cooling plates are available at a standard temperature of 0°C for cooling purposes. We also provide options at -16°C, -18°C, and -21°C for superior freezing performance. Other temperatures can be accommodated as we use a eutectic filling that ranges from -65°C to +89°C.

Customization Options

If you need customized cooling plates to match your business and brand, we offer several options. You can add labels in small quantities or emboss your logo on the mold for orders of 10,000 or more. Sustainable choices

Cooling plates are more sustainable than gel packs, particularly if they are returned and reused. Made from HDPE plastic (High-Density Polyethylene), these plates are durable, reusable, and 100% recyclable. For even more eco-friendly options, consider:

• rHDPE: This recycled material comprises at least 90% regranulate and is fully recyclable.
• Biobased: This bioplastic is made from renewable resources like sugarcane instead of oil. It is also fully recyclable and compliant with food safety standards.

Recycling Your Cooling Plates

Our cooling plates are designed for reuse, and we highly recommend doing so. When they reach the end of their lifecycle, thaw them, dispose of the gel in residual waste, and recycle the outer plastic with regular plastic waste. All our outer plates, including those made from rHDPE and Biobased materials, are 100% recyclable.
