Materials

Constructed from clean, recycled cardboard fibers free of mineral oils, the EcoCoolBox ensures both flexibility and breathability. The cardboard fibers are designed to regulate moisture effectively, minimizing the impact of external humidity on the contents. These materials comply with European food contact regulations, ensuring safety and reliability.

Technical Specifications

• Moisture Control: The EcoCoolBox maintains moisture levels at a minimum of 8.8%. The paper fibers efficiently absorb excess moisture, reducing condensation inside the box even in high-humidity conditions.
• Thermal Conductivity Coefficient: λ = 0.036 W/(m·K). This value reflects the material’s ability to resist heat transfer. A lower coefficient signifies better thermal insulation.
• Specific Heat: 2020 J/kg. This measurement indicates the amount of energy the material can absorb as its temperature rises by one degree Celsius. Higher specific heat means greater energy absorption.
