For who are EPP boxes?

The EPP boxes are mainly used by customers with good return logistics: cooling elements for in the EPP cooling boxes are refrozen every night after transport to deliver all products freshly chilled or frozen again the following day. PCM cooling plates or dry ice are used for frozen shipments.

Here’s how to recycle your EPP box

The EPP cooling box is reusable for a very long time. Once at the end of its life, the cooler is 100% recyclable at a recycling company.

EPP is a form of plastic composed mostly of air. Therefore, to recycle EPP, it must first be compressed. There are several parties that can compress and recycle EPP. You can have your end-of-life EPS boxes picked up by such a party and in many cases receive compensation for doing so. For recycling, however, the material must be clean.
