Recycle information styrofoam EPS box

If clean, the EPS box is 100% recyclable at a recycling plant. EPS (expanded polystyrene, also called tempex or Styrofoam) is a plastic form that is 98% air. Therefore, to recycle EPS, it must first be compressed. There are several parties that can compress and recycle EPS. You can have your end-of-life EPS boxes picked up by such a party and in many cases receive compensation for doing so. For recycling, however, the material must be clean.
