Tray Foampack 0 °C

A foampack (also called a foambrick) is a form-fitting cooling element suitable for disposable use, but can also be reused as long as the foil remains undamaged. The foampack is filled with a foam block and cooling gel. The foam block allows the traypack to retain its shape.

As standard, the traypack is suitable for maintaining your products at a temperature of 0 to 8 degrees Celsius for several days, provided it is packed in a good insulating package with sufficient cooling capacity. This will keep your shipment chilled during transport, independent of local electricity. Freeze the Foampacks before use.

Custom and standard sizes

We supply foampacks from stock in:

• 300 grams (15×30 cm) (contact us)
• 420 grams (10×19 cm) (contact us)
• 750 grams (15×19 cm) (current).

But the possibilities are much broader thanks to our own production facility. Would you like a custom size? We offer tailored-made products as well.

Reuse your foampacks

Foampacks can be refrozen and reused. Do check the foambrick for any damage prior to this. At the end of its useful life, the foampack may be disposed of in its entirety with residual waste.
