Our Traypack 0°C gel packs are disposable cooling elements that maintain your products at a chilled temperature of 0 to 8°C for several days. These tray-shaped packs are constructed from durable PA-PE film and are sealed on all four sides to ensure robust performance. This particular Traypack weighs 400 grams.

Differences Between Gel Pack Pillow Packs and Traypacks

The key difference between gel pack pillow packs and traypacks lies in their shape and the thickness of their film. While traypacks have a tray-like form with seams on the top, pillow packs resemble a bag with top and bottom seams. Traypacks offer a consistent, thicker film of 40 microns, providing enhanced durability.
