Our Traypack 0°C gel packs are expertly crafted disposable cooling elements, perfect for keeping your products chilled between 0 to 8°C for several days. Featuring a sturdy tray shape and made from high-quality PA-PE film, these packs are securely sealed on all four sides. The 680-gram Traypack offers enhanced cooling capacity for larger shipments.

Differences Between Gel Pack Pillow Packs and Traypacks

The primary distinction between gel pack pillow packs and traypacks is their form and film thickness. Traypacks are tray-shaped with top seams, while pillow packs are bag-like with seams at both top and bottom. The traypack’s 40-micron film thickness provides superior strength and uniformity.

Recycling Instructions

You can reuse the traypack as long as it remains undamaged. Since the strong PA-PE film does not have a dedicated recycling stream in the Netherlands, dispose of the traypack with residual waste.
