This see-through cooling element is perfect for cooled transport of your food or medical supplies. The element is filled with a filling that will keep your products cool for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 0º C to 8º C.

By default, this element keeps your products chilled for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 0º C to 8º C. For optimal performance, use and properly insulated packaging, such as the reusable EPP cooler.

Other temperatures for this element

All our refrigerated elements are produced on site in Assendelft and can be filled with a refrigerated filling with eutectic melting point down to -65º C or up to +89º C. So you can also use them for frozen transport, or for ambient temperature transport. Contact us for options.

Sustainable filling

This cooling element is perfect for reuse, making it a more sustainable choice than a single-use gelpack. If you would like to explore even more sustainable options, we offer the following sustainable fillings:

• rHDPE: This material is recycled and consists of at least 90% regranulate and is fully recyclable after use.
• Biobased: This is a bioplastic with renewable resources (sugarcane) as the raw material instead of virgin raw materials (oil). Also fully recyclable after use and possible to produce in line with food safety regulations.

Recycling Instructions

If your cooling element has reached the end of its life-cycle, you can recycle the mold. Be sure to thaw them first and put the filling in the residual waste.
