Our 680-gram PCM Pack, filled with EasiFreeze™ at -16°C, is perfect for larger shipments that need strong temperature control. This pack is designed to keep items consistently at -16°C, making it an excellent choice for extended frozen transport where significant cooling capacity is required. Compared to our smaller packs—such as the 200-gram for compact shipments or the 400-gram for medium-sized loads—the 680-gram option is ideal for bulkier or more demanding transport needs.
EasiFreeze™ is a top-quality cooling solution made with FDA-approved ingredients to ensure food safety. It effectively maintains a freezing point of -16°C when stored at temperatures of at least -25°C. Once frozen, EasiFreeze™ provides reliable, long-term temperature stability. It’s a practical alternative to dry ice for scenarios where -16°C is sufficient. Plus, it’s environmentally friendly and can be safely flushed down the sink with running water without causing harm to the environment.
Our PCM packs are built for high performance, featuring a leak-proof design that’s perfect for one-way shipments where returns aren’t needed. These packs are available from stock and can be reused as long as they are intact. We produce them at our facility in Assendelft, ensuring they meet high standards of durability and temperature control.
We offer a variety of customization options for our PCM packs. You can select sizes up to 275 mm wide with flexible lengths, add custom printing, or choose transparent film. We also provide different foils and refrigerated fillings to meet various temperature needs. If you have specific requirements or need a tailored solution, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for more information.
The PCM Pack can be reused if it stays undamaged. Since it’s made from durable PA-PE film, which doesn’t have a separate recycling stream in the Netherlands, it should be disposed of with residual waste. The PCM solution is safe to flush down the sink with running water.
