Our cooling plates are crafted from HDPE plastic bottles filled with a non-toxic, food-safe cooling gel. Available in various gastronorm sizes, our cooling plates meet diverse cooling needs.

Available Sizes

We offer cooling plates in several standard sizes, such as 1/1 gastronorm (current), ½ gastronorm, and 6 liters. For added convenience, handle-equipped variants are also available and pair seamlessly with our EPP boxes.

Our cooling plates are available at a standard cooling temperature of 0°C, with additional options for freezing at -16°C, -18°C, and -21°C. With our PCM solutions, +5°C and +22°C are also among the standard termperature options.

Customisation Services

For a personalized touch, we provide various customization options for your cooling plates. You can opt for small-quantity labels or have your logo embossed on the mold for larger orders (10,000+). Eco-Friendly Alternatives

Our cooling plates are a sustainable choice compared to gel packs, especially if reused. Made from durable, recyclable HDPE plastic, these plates support environmental efforts. For even greener options, consider:

• Recycled HDPE (rHDPE): Made from at least 90% regranulated material and fully recyclable.
• Biobased Plastics: Created from renewable resources like sugarcane, these bioplastics are fully recyclable and compliant with food safety regulations.

Recycling Your Cooling Plates

Our cooling plates are designed for reuse. When they reach the end of their lifecycle, thaw the plates, dispose of the gel in residual waste, and recycle the plastic components with regular recycling. All our plates, including those made from rHDPE and biobased materials, are fully recyclable.
