The gelmat is a switched tray pack with 2×4 segments. As a result, the cooling capacity is high and the gel mat is flexible even when frozen to optimally cool your product.
With traypacks, you can transport your products refrigerated in an electricity-independent package: you pre-freeze the gelmat traypack at -18 °C for at least 24 hours so that it keeps your products refrigerated at a temperature of 0 to 8 °C during multi-day transportation.

Cooling and insulation
We recommend using the gelmat traypack in conjunction with a well-insulated packaging box, such as the EcoCoolBox, EPS box or EPP cooler.

Recycle instructions after use
You can reuse the traypack as long as it remains undamaged. The traypacks are made of strong PA-PE film for which there is no separate recycling stream in the Netherlands. Therefore, the entire traypack may be disposed of with residual waste.
