This Phase Change Material pack is 680 grams and perfect as a freezing solution if you need to ship products around -16 °C. PCM Packs are leak-proof bags filled with food-safe PCM refrigerant that accurately regulate the temperature of your products. In addition to the variant with EasiFreeze™ for -16°C, we also offer options for other temperature ranges. These packs have a traditional gel pack shape and are sealed at the back, top and bottom with a seal seam.
About EasiFreeze -16° PCM solution
EasiFreeze™ is safe for use with food and contains only FDA-approved ingredients. It has a freezing point of -16°C; store it at a temperature of at least -25°C and it is ready for use as soon as it is completely frozen. It offers long-term temperature stability around -16°C and can be an effective alternative to dry ice if this temperature is sufficient. In addition, EasiFreeze™ is drain safe and can be flushed down the sink with running water without causing damage to the environment.

Recycle instructions after use
You can reuse the PCM Pack as long as it is undamaged. The PCM Packs are made of strong PA-PE film for which there is no separate recycling stream in the Netherlands. The packaging may therefore be disposed of in its entirety with residual waste. The PCM solution is drain safe and can be flushed down the sink with running water.
