Sample PCM gel packs 400 grams
Our Phase Change Material (PCM) packs are leak-proof bags filled with a food-safe PCM refrigeration filling that keeps your products frozen. This 400-gram sample pack contains the -16°C EasiFreezeTM refrigeration filling. Other temperature ranges are available in addition to this filling. These PCM packs have the classic gel pack shape and are sealed with a seal seam on the back, top and bottom.
The PCM packs are of very high quality and leak-proof. They are ideal for transport without return flow and available from stock as standard. The packs are reusable, provided they are properly checked for damage. They are produced in our own facility in Assendelft.
EasiFreeze™
EasiFreeze™ -16° PCM solution is food safe and contains only FDA approved ingredients. With a freezing point of -16°C, it should be stored at a temperature of at least -25°C. Once fully frozen, it is immediately ready for use. This solution offers long-term temperature stability around -16°C and can be a safe alternative to dry ice when a temperature of -16°C is sufficient. In addition, EasiFreeze™ is environmentally friendly and can be safely flushed down the sink with running water.
