Cooling plates from Coolpack
Our cooling trays are sturdy HDPE bottles filled with a PCM that cools at +0 °C. They are popular with hospitality companies, retailers and online supermarkets, especially in gastronorm formats.
We offer cooling trays in several standard sizes, such as 1/1 and ½ gastronorm, and 6 liters that fit perfectly into EPP cooler boxes. We also have variants with handles for easy placement in EPP cooling boxes. As standard, we supply cooling plates for 0°C cooling, but also for -16°C and -21°C for superior freezing performance. With our PCM solutions, +5°C and +22°C are also available.
All cooling plates are produced in Assendelft and can be filled with materials that solidify and melt at temperatures from -65°C to +89°C.

Sustainable alternatives
Do you have return flows? Reusable cooling sheets are a much more sustainable alternative than single-use gel packs. Our coolers are made of HDPE, a strong, reusable and 100% recyclable material. We also offer even more sustainable options:
- rHDPE: This recycled material consists of at least 90% regranulate and is fully recyclable after use.
- Biobased: This bioplastic is made from renewable resources such as sugarcane instead of oil. This material is also fully recyclable after use and can be produced according to food safety regulations.

Recycling Instructions
Our sturdy heatsinks are often reusable. Is your cooling plate at the end of its useful life? Defrost the plate, dispose of the filling with the residual waste and recycle the HDPE outer bottle with the plastic waste. This also applies to our sustainable alternatives of rHDPE and biobased HDPE.
