Customize Your Cooling Element

At Coolpack, we offer multiple customization options for your cooling elements. Whether you need a simple label for smaller orders or want your logo integrated into the mold for larger orders (starting at 10,000 units), we can accommodate your needs. We also offer flexible packaging options, allowing you to receive your cooling elements in your desired quantities and ready for display. All our refrigeration elements are produced in-house at our Assendelft facility and can be filled with a cooling agent that has a eutectic melting point as low as -65°C or as high as +89°C. Recycling Guidelines

Our form-fixed cooling elements are designed for extensive reuse. When they eventually reach the end of their lifespan, simply thaw the element, dispose of the filling in general waste, and recycle the HDPE outer shell with your plastic waste. This recycling process applies to all our products, including the eco-friendly alternatives made from rHDPE and biobased HDPE.
