Does the whole order have to be paid in advance?

When you place an order with our webshop, you will be asked to pay the whole amount in advance. Once your payment is received, the order will be put into production as soon as possible. Payment can be made via iDeal and bank transfer.

How does payment by iDEAL work?
The most frequently chosen payment method for our webshop is iDEAL. Payment by iDEAL is done in the same way as internet banking. You need your bank card and identification method. You will need your bank card and method of identification. There are no charges for payment with iDEAL.

• A payment by iDEAL is received by us immediately, so your order will be placed into production as soon as possible.

How does payment by bank transfer work?

You can pay for your Coolpack BV purchases easily with a bank transfer. After you have confirmed your order, you choose payment by means of bank transfer. Here, you can again check and confirm your e-mail address. After that, you will receive an e-mail message with all the information you need in order be able to transfer the payment. Make sure that you copy the unique payment identifier correctly.

There is no charge for payment with bank transfer.

Note: If you choose payment by bank transfer, the delivery time will be 3-5 workdays longer than normal, in connection with processing the payment. Only when we have received the payment will production begin.
