Shipping Information

Delivery time
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. You order on the basis of prepayment. After the payment has been received, the order will be offered to the postal service no later than the next working day.
The above is subject to the condition that the ordered items are in stock. If we do not have the items in stock, we will notify you immediately. If we expect the delivery time to be longer, you will be notified by email.

Delivery of the order
Both PostNL, DHL, UPS and others will try twice to deliver the order to you. If this fails, the delivery person will leave a notification with you. Using the instructions on this notice, you can then still get the order in your possession.

Transport damage
NEVER accept a damaged package. If you do and the item appears to be damaged, you must have a report made at the post office within 24 hours of delivery by PostNL. For delivery by other parcel services, you must have the deliveryman make a note of this. Then please contact us.

Received the wrong article?
You can, of course, return this to us. Please contact us for this by phone (+31 33 457 1982) or by email(in**@co**********.nl).
Of course we will ensure that you receive the correct article as soon as possible.

Ordered the wrong item?
Provided it is complete, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, you may return it to us postage prepaid. Please enclose a copy of the purchase invoice, stating your bank or giro account number. We will then refund the purchase price of the goods to you.
